Email billing@capitalsync.net with your registered email, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

5. Razorpay Disputes

If you raised a dispute with Razorpay/your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please contact us first — we always resolve fairly.

6. GST

GST (18%) is non-refundable once the invoice is issued, as per Indian tax regulations. Refunds will be processed excluding GST component.
