By accessing or using CapitalSync ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and CapitalSync Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
CapitalSync is an AI-powered platform that provides: business fundability scoring (PERSIST Score), investor-business matchmaking, compliance automation, deal pipeline management, and related financial technology services.
You must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Businesses must be validly incorporated. Investors must comply with applicable securities regulations in their jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (18% applicable). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may not: use the Platform for fraudulent fundraising, reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape investor data in bulk, impersonate other users, or violate SEBI/RBI/FEMA regulations.
CapitalSync provides technology tools, not investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. Investor introductions do not constitute endorsements. Always conduct independent due diligence before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalSync's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
